Inter house Athletics Competition

La Salle School is dedicated to offering its learners opportunities to unleash their potential in academic and extracurricular activities. 

In line with this, La Salle School sports department came up with competitive and fun inter house sporting competition held on Tuesday, 26th of March 2024, which brought together learners in kindergarten, primary and junior as well as staff in marking the end of term 1 2024 in enthralling style.

Learners are enlisted in blue, red, purple and yellow houses. Each house has a teacher as the patron and a pupil as the captain, thus offering the learners avenues to hone their leadership ability.

The house teams renewed their rivalry as learners took to the arena to showcase their athletics prowess in the 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, and relay races. Other activities of the day included tug of war, sack race, spoon and egg race and potato race.

Such sporting competitions not only enhance learners’ physical wellbeing, but also enabled us spot athletic talents among them.
